Privacy notice
This notice explains what information the CharCentric website collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the website collects very little.

Who we are
This website is operated by CharCentric Technology Solutions LLC OPC (“CharCentric”), a technology engineering company registered in the United Arab Emirates and based in Abu Dhabi. For any question about this notice or your information, email info@charcentric.com or call +971 56 442 0752.
What we collect
When you browse the site
The site has no accounts. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages you view, how you arrived, how far you scroll, links you follow to other sites, whether you click to email, call or message us on WhatsApp, your device and browser type, and your approximate location at country or city level. We use this only to understand which content is useful and to improve the site.
If you decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.
When you contact us
If you email, call or message us, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you choose to include. We use this to reply and to discuss the work you have asked about, and keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and any follow-up you request.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are delivered by WhatsApp, a Meta service, and are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
When you send a project brief
The project brief form collects your name, work email, company, optional phone number and what you tell us about your project, timeline and budget, together with the country your request came from. We store the brief in our database, hosted by Cloudflare, and it is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email service. We use it to reply to your brief and to discuss the work. We keep it for as long as we are discussing or doing work with you, and delete it no later than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
When you use a readiness tool
Your answers in our readiness tools stay in your browser. If you ask us to email your report, we use your email address and answers to send it through Resend, and we do not keep them. We only see your answers if you also tick the box asking us to contact you. In that case we store your name, email address, the tool you used, your report and the country your request came from in the same database, and keep them as described for project briefs.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending them. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and device when a form loads. It is used only for this check, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Technical logs
Like most websites, the services that host and deliver this site may record technical information such as IP addresses and request times in server logs, to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and local storage
We only set analytics cookies after you accept them.

You can change your choice at any time: . Declining after accepting stops collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies from this site.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is provided by Google, which processes the data on our behalf. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Google's use of this data is described in its privacy policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We use it to understand how the site is used and to measure our own Google Ads campaigns, for example whether a visit from an ad led to an enquiry. We do not use it for personalized advertising or remarketing, or to identify individual visitors.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers described above, which are Google for analytics, Resend for email delivery and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and spam protection, or where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as our social media profiles and partner websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, subject to applicable law. Email info@charcentric.com and we will respond.
Changes to this notice
If the website starts collecting different information, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
